Challenge: The client needed a first-generation MSP with an outstanding global user experience, strict compliance, visibility, and benchmarking. KellyOCG was selected to develop a world-class European MSP program incorporating all third-party labor and offering superior data & analytics.
Solution: A one-year, multi-phase global implementation included a playbook to incorporate new acquisitions as well as strategic benchmarking of rates and performance against similar industry clients (using Kelly Helix) to drive cost savings.
Value: Performance goals were exceeded in diversity, bill rate management, customer satisfaction, and cycle time. We got a 100% score on innovation and continuous improvement and the contract (for at least seven innovation proposals!) continues to be extended without competitive bidding.
