EMEA Market Insights 2025.

The EMEA market is in flux. Digitalization, climate mitigation, and the rising cost of living are some of the key trends expected to impact the labor market transformation over the next five years. As companies in the region aim to adjust to these trends, skills gaps and talent shortages in the market will also remain key barriers: 54% of employers expect talent availability to worsen, significantly above the global average. 

And while 77% of workers feel ready to adapt to new ways of working, 50% feel there is too much change happening all at once. At the same time, much of the workforce is exploring other opportunities, with 26% of workers suggesting they are likely to move employers in the next 12 months.
