When our client expanded into India they were originally working with a partner with a strong global and local brand presence. As they transitioned to operate as a separate entity, it became more challenging to attract the talent they needed in a highly competitive marketplace.
Engaging talent in a global pandemic
During the global pandemic, the organisation needed to fill several niche IT roles in India. They hadn’t actively worked with an RPO partner before and reached out to KellyOCG for support.
