With a light industrial focus, we developed a preferred vendor model (2 to 4/location) for high-volume light industrial in the US, PR and Mexico. Conducted multiple market studies, implemented incentive programs, and presented creative options including FSP, Kelly33, and Kelly Discover.
Strategic benchmarking of rates and performance against similar industry clients using Kelly Helix UX drove cost savings.
