The challenge: Delivering a complex project across multiple regions.

Following a significant reorganisation, the customer (Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer) experienced a surge in recruitment in niche specialisms. In the existing internal TA capacity did not exist to meet the need for a global project to recruit ‘Lean Manufacturing’ specialists, to support the creation of a new ‘manufacturing centre of excellence’.

Focus geographies: UK, Sweden, Hong Kong, Australia and Brazil

The solution: Created a multi-region team to deliver globally.

Mobilised a dedicated multi-lingual, multi-region team to take on the full end to end recruitment process including:

  • raising job orders
  • candidate  screening
  • assessment centres
  • supporting offer process
  • managed all channels including internal applicants, referrals, ad  responses and passive candidate identification & engagement
  • team integrated with existing TA function and followed all internal procedures
  • service demobilised following completion of project
