An evolving RPO partnership.
We had previously delivered project RPO support to this global life sciences organization, but when they acquired a large pharma company, our relationship evolved to offer more specialized and consultative support. They needed an RPO partner with the depth of expertise and market knowledge to engage highly skilled R&D talent, alongside the agility to flex up and down quickly. Our RPO team supports their largest site in North America, along with several smaller locations. We provided onsite support for hiring managers and candidates throughout the engagement and hiring process. Though this support became remote during the pandemic, we continue to work closely with the client’s team and provide expert insights on recruitment processes and strategy. We created updated work instructions and delivered hiring manager and recruiter training to maintain exceptional service and efficient processes under the new infrastructure. We have also updated weekly and monthly reporting.

We are always looking for new ways to add value to the solution. To support ongoing improvement, we introduced several technology tools to enhance the client’s internal systems, including a video messaging system for our Coordination team and Avature to build robust talent pipelines. We are currently exploring new ways that AI may be able to add value to the client’s recruitment processes.
