Upasna is the director of Human Resources in APAC. She’s responsible for the overall design and implementation of people strategies that ensure business efficiency, and that focus on building and maintaining a culture aligned with our corporate goals. She’s also responsible for learning and development initiatives, as she currently leads the Talent Acquisition team across APAC.

Upasna joined KellyOCG in December 2015. She has more than 14 years of experience in HR in the consultancy and ITES industry—especially in the talent acquisition and HRBP function. She has extensive experience leading the recruitment of frontline and support hiring. In her HR partnering role, Upasna has worked on improving business metrics and on better aligning business and support functions through people-centered initiatives.

Her strong people skills have played a critical role in ensuring stakeholders’ and candidates’ engagement in reaching our HR goals and strategy in the region.

Upasna is a graduate in Arts (Psychology) from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore and has an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune.
