Stephen is Head of Sales and Solutions at KellyOCG for Asia Pacific. He is responsible for consulting KellyOCG’s portfolio of clients in navigating complex talent challenges along with leading a high performing team covering industries ranging from government sector to consumer goods to natural resources & life sciences in the region. 

He is very experienced with delivering outsourced solutions and strategy to the Public and Private sectors within ANZ, offering unique insight and deep experience earned from the successful deployment of large-scale projects within the government sector. 

With over 18 years of recruitment experience spanning in-house, outsourced and agency models, Stephen has incubated and led successful teams of recruiters across the Asia Pacific region, serving corporations in the IT, finance and property industries. 

Stephen has a Master of Business (Management) from University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.
