Stephen is KellyOCG’s Director responsible for client solutions in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). He is responsible for the delivery of outsourced solutions and strategy to the Public and Private sectors within ANZ, offering unique insight and deep experience earned from the successful deployment of large-scale projects within the government sector.

With over 16 years of recruitment experience spanning in-house, outsourced and agency models, Stephen has incubated and led successful teams of recruiters across the Asia Pacific region, serving corporations in the IT, finance and property industries.

He brings the best from both his government sector and corporate enterprise experience to ensure that clients receive best practice thinking and design for complex and customised recruitment solutions.

Stephen has a Master of Business (Management) from University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.
