Louise is the Head of Strategy Execution and Innovation at KellyOCG, APAC and spearheads the execution of the business strategic priorities in the region. In addition, she drives innovation and new products within customer solutions as well.

Louise brings over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and workforce solutions industry specialising in consulting, designing and managing workforce solutions. She has helped design and implement both permanent and contingent recruitment solutions and supported organisations as they look to transform aspects of the Talent function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Mobility and Career Development.

Louise garnered global experience having spent time working in Europe, Asia and Australia consulting and partnering numerous organisations on their workforce needs. She has supported global clients’ accounts delivering solutions across 29 countries.

She is passionate about promoting effective, flexible workforce practices and women in leadership. She has 2 young daughters and in her spare time love to travel and experience new cultures and cuisines.

Louise has a BSC Honours Degree in Biology and Industry accreditation in Intercultural Management, Solution Selling and Strategic Workforce Consulting. She has also completed the Copeland Leadership Program.
