Noel is KellyOCG’s Senior Director for Contingent Workforce Outsourcing in APAC and has overall responsibility for the region’s Operations Team. Noel is also the APAC Group Lead for Solution Design and Implementation. Noel has demonstrated experience in designing and delivering sustainable cost efficiency measures that evolve with client requirements.
He partners with stakeholders to identify optimum Talent Supply Chain strategies, underpinned by innovative and customised technology solutions that enable better access to talent and resources for KellyOCG’s clients.
He has been with KellyOCG since 2012 and has over 16 years of experience in in outsourced Talent Supply Chain Solutions, developed from working across multiple verticals and disciplines in Ireland, Singapore and Australia where he managed regional accounts spanning India, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Noel specialises in scoping, planning and implementing solutions that bring efficient processes focussed on complimenting the businesses strategy and ambitions.
