Julia Toigo is Director HR, EMEA at KellyOCG. She oversees HR operations across the EMEA region, leading a team of HR business partners and payroll experts. Julia is dedicated to creating a supportive, trust-based workplace that fosters professional growth and well-being. By prioritising employee welfare and creating opportunities for career advancement, she strives to build a resilient and engaged workforce capable of adapting to the ever-changing business landscape.

Julia boasts extensive experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). She began her career managing volume client accounts and led the GSA RPO region until 2010 before leaving for other opportunities. During her time away from Kelly, she specialised in HR, initially focusing on learning & development, coaching, and career development.

Rejoining Kelly in 2017 as an HR business partner for the German and Nordic hubs, Julia advanced to HR manager for Kelly International and KellyOCG in 2020. She moved into her current role in 2023.

Julia holds a diploma in business administration with a focus on HR management and is a certified commercial language correspondent in English and French.
