Becky Käppeler is Vice President RPO Operations EMEA at KellyOCG. A long-tenured professional with over 26 years of experience in the recruiting industry, she has established a respected career specialising in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services across the EMEA region.

Becky joined KellyOCG in 1998, working in a variety of recruiting and leadership roles before finding her long-term home in RPO in the early 2000s. She has held a number of positions within RPO since then, including managing large-scale client programs and leading the DACH regional team, always striving to deliver excellence and meet the needs of both clients and candidates. In her current role, Becky leads the skilled team delivering RPO solutions to our clients in EMEA, working closely with that team to ensure we add significant value for clients, while maintaining the agility necessary to adapt to their evolving needs.

Value-driven and collaborative, Becky is committed to fostering strong and trusting relationships with both our clients and our internal teams, believing that the heart of successful recruitment lies in effective partnership and mutual respect.

Becky holds a degree from the University of Manchester and has completed a management program at INSEAD. She lives in Germany as a British expatriate, is bilingual and brings a unique linguistic and cultural approach to the complexities of the international recruitment landscape.
