Reinout Brons is the Consulting Lead for EMEA at KellyOCG. He is responsible for consulting on innovative talent solutions across the entire spectrum of the talent supply chain, including: full time, contingent, procured services, outsourcing and HR. Reinout brings a unique global perspective with a deep understanding of how to execute locally in alignment with our clients enterprise and workforce strategy.

Reinout first joined KellyOCG in 2015 as a Global Solutions Architect and led the solution design with clients across multiple industries around the globe.

Prior to working at KellyOCG, Reinout was a BPO account leader at Accenture where he was responsible for the account and delivery management of outsourcing deals for large global clients and directing international teams in various countries including Germany and France.
