Matt Crawcour is Vice President, EMEA Sales for KellyOCG, with over 20 years of experience in regional and global workforce solutions. A natural networker, he excels in MSP and RPO solutions, particularly within the mid-market sector.

Matt’s expertise includes delivering complex multi-country solutions and supporting procurement, HR, and talent acquisition functions. His primary focus is within the life sciences industry, including pharma, bioscience, and med tech.

After a successful stint as an IT Recruiter following his professional squash career, Matt founded an IT staffing company in London, specializing in online retail and finance/insurance. The business grew through acquisition until its IPO in 2005. After exiting in 2007, he became an executive headhunter and managed executive recruitment for several FTSE companies. In 2009, he returned to his original company, establishing its executive search practice and not-for-profit business unit before joining Kelly International in 2017.

At Kelly, Matt led EMEA staffing sales and became the top salesperson. He joined KellyOCG in 2022, achieving President’s Club status in his first year.

Originally from Australia, Matt resides in London. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing squash. As a former top 70 world-ranked squash player, he now competes internationally in Senior Padel Tennis events.
