As Global Vice President and Vantage Lead, Mike Berich supports some of the most influential KellyOCG® global clients. Mike partners with key functional stakeholders, empowering them to build robust and future-focused workforce strategies and ensuring they have the tools and expert support they need to fuel their business growth.  

With over 35 years of tenure at Kelly®, Mike has worked in almost every aspect of the business. He has relied on his deep workforce expertise for a variety of senior leadership roles, including vice president and global strategy lead for technical and professional outsourced services and global operations lead for a global biopharma client.

Mike loves that his career with Kelly has given him the opportunity to become knowledgeable in a variety of industries and understand the impact talent supply chains have on the world. He is passionate about solving workforce challenges and helping customers acquire and utilize talent effectively and efficiently.

A strong communicator, Mike connects with all types of people with all kinds of backgrounds. He adds value to client relationships by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and challenging organizations to evolve and optimize their talent supply chains.

He is an authentic and open leader with a strong focus on listening. He believes that the answer to a problem is always in the room and champions diversity of thought and opinion among his team.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and is trained as a Six Sigma green belt.

Outside of work, Mike spends time with his wife, Debby, friends, and family. He enjoys being active and golfing, cycling, and boating.
