The Supplier Code of Conduct anchors our reputation and partnership. Adopting and complying with these principles fortifies our ability to perform our best work while meeting the legal and ethical standards we expect. We can be proud to stand together and celebrate our successes and challenges and continue to innovate and thrive through accountability and doing the right thing as we build better futures together.
That is why KellyOCG has issued its Supplier Code of Conduct, which prescribes the minimum standards that our partners and Suppliers undertake to observe.
Environmental
Kelly is committed to its responsibility to protect and maintain our planet for future generations, and we acknowledge the importance of addressing climate change. Our commitment to the environment extends to our staff, Suppliers, and the communities in which we operate. Suppliers are required to adopt their own environmental sustainability goals, while complying with all Applicable Laws and Regulations regarding the protection and betterment of the environment.
Partners’ and Suppliers’ performance on ethical and business conduct issues form an integral part in our purchasing and partnering decisions. Hence, it is our aspiration that our partners’ and Suppliers’ standards on these matters are as rigorous as our own.
We expect our partners and Suppliers to replicate these standards further down the supply chain and encourage to drive similar corporate citizenship commitments from organizations comprising their own respective supply chains. The Supplier Code of Conduct is therefore made available publicly to all stakeholder communities with the goal of strengthening our mutual understanding of how ethics and sustainability should be practiced in day-to-day business.

KellyOCG expects its partners and Suppliers to help protect, support, and prepare workers for successful careers, and to advocate on their behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, providing career opportunities and resources to the global workforce, and leading by example in areas such as workplace health and safety, employment conditions, and diversity and inclusion.
Kelly expects its partners to support the rights of all workers and employers to freely and voluntarily join occupational associations and unions. All employees have the right to freedom of association, expression, opinion, and collective bargaining, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations.
KellyOCG in accordance with the U.K Modern Slavery Act, has developed a Human Rights policy and has outlined internal procedures to ensure that our global operations are free of any type of slavery. We expect our partners and Suppliers to respect all internationally proclaimed human rights and strive to ensure that they are not complicit in any human rights abuses.
Governance
KellyOCG expects its partners and Suppliers to be committed to doing the right things, conducting themselves in a legal, ethical, and trustworthy manner, upholding regulatory obligations, and complying with both the letter and the spirit of applicable laws and business policies.
