As global vice president and Vantage Lead of KellyOCG®, she uses her expertise in operational excellence and her passion for creating innovative talent strategies to lead a portfolio of Vantage accounts including our long-standing partnerships with global healthcare and life sciences clients, as well as a leading innovator client in the semiconductor industry.

Deb is a leader who is always looking for what’s next in her development, and she actively seeks new ways to grow her expertise. She holds a Lean Six Sigma certification and is currently pursuing an MBA in leadership and sustainability at the University of Cumbria.

Outside of work, you can find Deb spending time with her husband and daughters, golfing, and traveling the world. She loves immersing herself in new cultures and visiting new places.
